I am available to mediate disputes in the following areas, provided all parties are legally represented:

Fees
Full Day (more than 4 hours) – $4,500 plus GST
Half Day (less than 4 hours) – $2,250 plus GST
Cancellation Fee – 50% of agreed rate where the Mediation is cancelled within 24 hours of the Mediation date.
My rates include time spent on preparation, preliminary conferences and the mediation.
Notes
Mediation Agreement – I use the standard Resolution Institute mediation agreement. It would be great if all parties could execute the agreement before the Mediation commences.
Position Papers – I would be grateful if the parties could serve short Position Papers which concisely set out each party’s perspective on the dispute.
Venue – I would be grateful if the parties could arrange a venue for the Mediation, at their own expense. I am open to conducting appropriate Mediations online.
Authority to Settle – to maximise the chances of the Mediation succeeding, all parties should be represented by a party “in the room” who has authority to settle the dispute during the course of the Mediation.
Legal Representation – please note that I require all parties to the Mediation to be legally represented.
